Hydrangea Class

I was asked to teach a hydrangea class for the NJ Decorator's club in August, but the class filled up so quickly that we added a second one in September! Here is a mix of pictures from both classes. This post is long overdue, but a few months back Cathy was asked to teach a class on how to make a fancy fondant lady for the NJ Cake Decorators Club & she had a great time!
