Speed Boat Cake!

A few weeks ago we delivered a 30th birthday cake to the World Yacht in NY featuring a replica of the recipient's speed boat! The cake itself was made to look like water with rippling waves around the boat, and the lounging birthday boy was behind the wheel enjoying the ride. We were asked to pay special attention to the details and writing on the boat because he would surely notice any discrepancies, so we were really happy when we got this email the day after the event:

"Hi..

Just want to thank you for doing such a great job on the cake. It was truly incredible and delicious! Everyone flipped when they saw it and could'nt grab their cameras fast enough. My husband could'nt believe all the detail work..he was so happy. You really helped make his night special. GREAT JOB!
